Lucario's aura ball thingy get rapid hits and Giga can't DI out of it 'cause he's not being launched.

all you have to do is get under or really close to giga bowser and charge your shadow ball until he goes back to normal bowser and this will make him not move.

oh lol, when lucario charges his aura sphere, it will stay there and take damage to enemies until u press the fire buttion. But its hard to gather all of those guys in that for cruel Brawl :(

you know another easy way to get through the 15 min brawl? use donkey kong and stand in the middle of the stage and keep doing down and b for the whole fifteen minutes. if anyone gets near you they go flying off the stage. this also works for melee

Do that same move with Lucario, except spread out more, and then use Snake and jump in the middle of the two aura spheres. If you use Snake's Up+B at the right time, he will freeze inside of the aura spheres until he has 999%.
