I mean that little kid missed out on getting a signature from the president because he waited till the last minute, and the kid was probably 6 or 7 years old you can't really blame him.. It wouldnt have even taken a whole minute to sign something for the boy but even if not, he shouldn't have tried to weasel out by making a joke of it and making everyone laugh and hence change their focus of attention.
