    u lift it with spotter and lock out first. then drop it to ur chest then push up & lock out.

  • for a start, dont LIFT the weight out the rack, let your spotter dot hat, u just pull it out. before the first rep...lock out?

    and you had awful form all the way through and didnt even do 1 rep... lock out for ONE rep! plus the spotter was lifting it.

    lol.

    ps! I was doing around 60kg when i was 16, propper ones! 18 now and im at around 95 with a good 4months solid training

  • i too am 18 now.. my technique is much better.. i now weigh 10.5 stone 5ft 8.. my max lift is about 90kg.. im pleased as i havent worked out alot at all and just naturally strong :)

  • id love to see u guys above prove, i now bench 65x8 in sets of 4 its amazin improvement considerin its been 6 months i hav a 17 year old mate who benches 130 ;)

  • Nice video but at the age of 16 i could lift alot more than 65kg once, i could do 80kg in reps of 10 without a spotter.
