No, I am NOT saying that, but Justice Dowd put it with ruthless clarity in R v Sotheren (2001) NSWSC 204: “ A person, in our society, does not have a right not to be photographed. ” I'm saying, if you don't want your photo taken move out of the way or as this bloke had a chance, stay behind the iron cladding. When I started taking photos & Video I couldn't see no-one in sight..
