Those engine's are awesome. I have a a 1982 Honda with the same engine only with a smaller piston, so it's 72cc. I've been past 50mph on that. I also had a 110 dirt bike, probably with an identical engine to yours, and that did 65mph+

dont let these people say why u goin so slow and stuff me first time riding was scared to go 20 on it lol and i built confidence then i started riding dirtbikes and i put the thing all out now took me 6 months to get up to 40 mph and keep it steady its like riding a normal bike but going from riding a dirtbike to that was to much of a change couldnt keep it stable so small and hard to lean into a turn so short

word of advice go out and try to find a new cam shaft for it i had one close to that and the cam shaft rolled out wich means it makes it put less fuel and air into the combustion chamber and can blow the motor im just saying if it doing rely bad performance i did it to mine gave me 6 more horsepower wich for that is about 8 mph faster stock they go 50 i got it clocked at 56 with new cam shaft i did some other mods and got it going 73 on the road i bought racing parts for it

just make sure you take care of it, and do not lay it down, because the plastics for these bikes break very easly, they are very thin plastic. Check out my race bike
