it sounds to me like your a bit retarded, the countrols couldnt be easier to use and maybe it just didnt want to pair with your wingy winning voice

two things. 1) ALL of the audio controls are operated from the steering wheel, thus no need to use the buttons on the main panel

2) Blue tooth needs to be trained to your individual voice. Once done so, no issues and WORKS very well.

I have a 2012 version in OZ and no issues
