I have played with learning signs over the years. I recently started a sign language class at our church. I am drawn to the language. It is a blessing to see a young person persueing reaching others for the Lord.
I enjoy your signing songs. Keep going for the Lord!
Dear Kevin, I am a christian man who is disabled. I was born with a condition called spina bifida. i am confined to a wheelchair. God has really blessed me in may ways. I was wondering if you could sign a song called a prayer for a friend by Casting Crowns. they are my inspiration. Thanks. God Bless da19921
Oh, I understand now! Thank you!(: and no prob for the support, everyone needs it! You are doing great works for the Lord through ASL. Thank you so much! :)
Hi Kevin! Your vidoes are awesome! And you have a great goal to fulfill! Thank you so much for these vidoes. They are so awesome. Great job and God Bless You! Also, is there a sign name for Emily? I'm learning sign language and I don't like spelling out my name over and over. Thanks! :)
@ilovebengie07 You have to be given a sign name that is unique to your personality from a deaf person who knows you. That's the whole point of a sign name, that it fits your personality and physical characteristics. Thank you for your support! God Bless!
Hi Kevin, You did a Great Job! I am so happy for you that U wanted to study about the Youth ministry and to become an interpreter. I thought it is fantastic! Because we all need to see more Men interepreters in Churches. Praying about it if God wants to use you for his work. Keep up your good work . Jesus is Good always. God Bless :)

I am deaf South African-Irish (Northern Ireland though).Keep up your good signings! I hope you will consider in making more songs. I learned ASL instead of French. Take care.

hi kevin, i think what you are doing is great! its always good to see young ppl doing the Lord's work, i'm a christian my self & in college getting a degree in ASL to work with the deaf. i start school in about a week so i don't know much as far as signing but very excited to learn, just reading the translation of your Bio gave me more encouragement ! thank you, & God bless! oh, when i do learn ASL i think i will be posting videos of my own on here. lol.. Thanks ! & good luck w/ your journey!!!!
@supitsjennilyn ya thats my roommates behind me. I meant to turn it off b/c i know its a little distracting. lol. I have the same computer sitting in front of me though behind the camera.
hey. love your video. your so good at asl. im currently in asl 1 in college. my mom took it in college & taught me & i learned some in a class at church. im hoping to become an interpreter. i LOVE to sign songs....
Great video. Good choice of color too! But most importantly, a great ministry you are doing there and I praise you for that and GOD will use you in such a mighty way. There is such a great need and you have such an amazing talent. God Bless You!
thank you. I'm sure u didn't mean to say it this way "I praise you". but don't praise me. thank you for the kind words but exalt the one who deserves to be exalted...who is Jesus Christ Lord of all! Thanks for the support!
I have been an interpreter for 11 years and I have enjoyed watching your videos. I can see that you have a heart for the language. That is absolutely necessary to endure the training required to become a qualified interpreter. Also the interpreter field is in need of male interpreters. I applaud your efforts and God Bless!
liberty is awesome but no we don't have an ASL program or an interpreter program. if ur focus is strickly ASL and interpreting...then LU might not be fore u. but LU is amazing!!
If you haven't already done so, try checking out this guy. He's a fantastic Interpreter and has some TOTALLY professional signs. He would be a good personf or you to study. His name is Michael... friend of mine. his YT screenname is Captainl0ver. Nice enough work so far... you're doing great. Keep it up. I'm Deaf. I understand you just fine.
Well i had ppl trying to shove spanish down my throat since 3rd grade and just always disliked it. I've always been interested in sign language ....and it is WAY easier than spanish!! lol
that is the same reason I am taking ASL I have no plans on learning Spanish. (I am also a college student, this will be my second language unless I decide to learn Noweign.)
@ktloveland hahahaha actually i'm mexican and i have a hearing loss and i know english and i find it easier than learning LSM (Mexican Sign Language.) but a friend of mine and I want to learn ASL and she has some videos im looking forward to the day she brings those videos to my house and we'll watch it and learn =)
Great video. I have taken a few semesters of ASL but it has been several years. (I am a bit rusty!). I love the language though and have several deaf and hearing impaired friends. I also attend a church that has a large HH and deaf population/ministry. Good work! Keep it up!
I think you sign really great and I can't believe you learn ASL in high school...also, I am deaf and hearing impaired and I already watched your songs and I really like it although your signing is really perfect for me to understand. You are doing a great Job and keep going on! God bless you!
like you i want to be an interpreter. i started a couple yrs ago when my cousin introduced it 2 me in church. we went to competitions and had fun. i learned my h.s. had it my jr. yr. n immediately signed up for it. at church i sit w/ interpreters so i can learn more. i love to sign n catch myself signign while i talk. its a habit. but its good to know that there's someone thats praising God using sign langugae. cont. using the gift that God has blessed u with. God Bless
wow, i cant wait to go check out your videos! good luck on becoming an interpreter!!! i think u should do redeemer by nicole mullins too....its a greart song! God Bless :]
You're signing isn't choppy. :) I also learned ASL because I didn't want to learn Spanish in high school. The more you learn, the more interesting it becomes, so keep it up. :)
Wow thats really awesome! Me and one of my friends started signing to songs for our church. It has been tons of fun and we wanna thank you for your videos. They have helped us a ton =]
hello kevin, my name is Jason. i am also a hearing person, but as well i have been taking some asl classes. i am glad that you are a christian like myself. i get on youtube and look for songs in asl, i get extra credit if i learn it an do in front of the class. i have 2 requests for you. 1. redeemer by nicole mullins, 2. praise you in this storm by casting crowns.
Praise you in this storm is one thats on my to do list and i think i've heard redeemer before. I'll see what i can do about putting both of them on youtube. I'm workin on alot of videos right now.
Glad to hear that we're family in the Lord! God Bless!
Cool! We need more of you folks out there!! Thank you ever so much for doing this!!
I have one short comment - watch the background that shows up in your videos. This clip had a television on behind your camera LOL! I kept finding my eyes drifting to it instead of your signing.
