My Father was a great pipesman. I remember being a youngster with the family assembled in our living room and the happiness my Dad would get when playing The Black Watch records. Makes me smile thinking back. One day i will make it to Lark Hall and hope to see a family member. I am 1st generation and my son is last of namesake.

Yes, sorry.I apologize. I should know better. I want to go there. I have a little bit of old pictures, street address's and stuff. My family names, and my first cousins in Larkhall are Sharp, Robb, Grant, Taylor, & Stirling. It strikes me odd sometimes when I stop to think and realize that I am the very first ever male to be here and not there in Scotland so I wonder if I would feel some kinda connection if I could wonder around there abouts.

I live in Japan..when I was young a older man would go to the park and walk up and down the road playing the bagpipes..on the weekends early morning...i would get up get dressed and go down there to listen to him..i would walk behind him we never spoke He was englash..but he enjoyed my company and I did his.
