ik this sounds noobish but would a AMD v140 processor with 2.30 ghz and 2gb of ram(1.74 usable) be enough to run dolphin? if you look at some of my vids i used sony vegas 9 but it doesnt look as good as this. i'd greatly appreciate any help please and ty

@PrinceNeroX I got the pixel aspect ration to 1.0000 (square) the frame rate at 23 the resolution at best and the motion blur type to gaussian I render everything as WMV and the template at 4.8mbps which is HD.

@TommySamus on a friends computer cause you need a certain processor and stuff let me know if you need help with it
