Well I'm norwegian myself, have all the DVD's of Fleksnes, seen all the episodes many times. In the series his name is 'Marve Fleksnes' with an 'M'. Please search Wikipedia for 'Fleksnes'.
In real life, his name is not 'Vesensteen'. Vesensteen is the show he had on norwegian television, and in fact, you spelled it wrong. It's 'Wesensteen'.

And to continue about his name, it's 'Rolv Wesenlund', actually it is 'Rolv Helge Wesenlund' to be precise.
