@hfhilton I got this concert too. But did you realized that everything in this video is mirrored? So, everything which was on the left side, now that on the right side and vica versa. Alicia always sit on the left side of the stage, now she's on the right and so on...

I used a software called Format Factory. It can help you convert you video to the format you want and mirror that video at the same time. :)
