I think part of the problem with this is that they tried to fire Mrs.Sherrod the wrong way. Normally you get called to an office and it's explained to you why you're getting fired. Had they done this with Mrs.Sherrod she could have at some point clarified her comments on the video and all of this would have been avoided. During the speech she did not work for the government and with that said during the speech she talked about overcoming racial prejudice. If you only listen to a few seconds of any speech, it is very easy to misconstrue something.

I think part of the problem with this is that they tried to fire Mrs.Sherrod the wrong way. Normally you get called to an office and it's explained to you why you're getting fired. Had they done this with Mrs.Sherrod she could have at some point clarified her comments on the video and all of this would have been avoided. So fire people the normal way in an office next time so they can explain themselves.

He and his wife stood by her side throughout this ordeal because they know she did nothing wrong. Only part of the tape was played. During the speech she did not work for the government and with that said during the speech she talked about overcoming racial prejudice. If you only listen to a few seconds of any speech, it is very easy to misconstrue something.

It makes no sense for you to comment without having all the facts to make an informed comment on the matter.
