After seeing some aspects and facts on this case ...it seems that the "evidence" and they way the investigation was conducted was completely skewed and mishandled. With that said, "guilt" of the murder incredibly points to Amanda knoxs for completely lying and manipulating any worth of her innocence. Anyone who looks at the evidence in an unbiased manner can see that this is a miscarriage of justice. The sole perpetrator was Guede, a known thief and violent offender in the past. The only reason why Knox's two statements couldn't be used against her is because she wasn't represented by a lawyer when she made them. On 6 November 2007, she reiterated everything she had said the night before in her handwritten note to the police. This note was accepted as evidence at the trial. Make sure you read the judges' sentencing report once it's published in English. At the moment you're speaking from a position of ignorance.

Where was Knox's boyfriend's DNA? On a snippet of a bra-strap that was obtained weeks after the initial evidence collection and was more than likely SUBECT TO CONTAMINATION as many DNA experts have noted. Knox mixed DNA with meredith blood was found in the bathrm, in the breakin rm, and in two or three other places, as well as footprints matching her size in the break in room with blood. they also have no alibis and have been caught in lies from the beginning
There are many legal experts, crime analysis experts who agree so don't try to make me out to be some "bleeding heart" hippy who has no idea what I'm talking about. Many experts/unbiased people who can speak calmly without calling people names and blowing up like you did, agree with me that this has to be re-examined. yes there is because the lab with no contamination for nearly 10 years was credible, as were the pros who exposed and measured the footprints, exposed the insanely bloodied bathroom which Knox showered in (and boyfriend's footprint), proved a break-in was staged, body tampered with, matching eyewitness statements, conflicting alibis, dna/blood mixtures, only 2 fingerprints of Knox in entire cottage (clean up), profiles of more than one knife

Amanda did not see what the luminol showed up. A break in actually opened. Just weeks earlier, Guede broke into a law firm through a window four meters off the ground-- similar to Filomena's window at the cottage where Meredith was murdered.

The prosecutor will continue to work normally until his own appeal is over and in case he is convicted, the prosecution of the city of Perugia will select another prosecutor to help Manula Comodi on Amanda Knox's and Sollecito's own appeal.
Mignini's trial will have no impact whatsoever on Knox and Sollecito's appeal.
They will never be acquitted for a very simple reason: they are guilty beyond any reasonable doubt!

I don't know if you know how to properly analyse without bias, but no, her evidence wasn't found at the crime scene at all and the knife that was the "smoking gun" and got them convicted did not fit the blood imprint that the knife made on Meredith's bed. The only reason why Knox's two statements couldn't be used against her is because she wasn't represented by a lawyer when she made them. On 6 November 2007, she reiterated everything she had said the night before in her handwritten note to the police. This note was accepted as evidence at the trial. Make sure you read the judges' sentencing report once it's published in English. At the moment you're speaking from a position of ignorance.

On a snippet of a bra-strap that was obtained weeks after the initial evidence collection and was more than likely SUBECT TO CONTAMINATION as many DNA experts have noted. @chloedayglo sollecitos DNA on the clasp was not contaminated. the scene was sealed off and DNA is likely to disappear over time, not reappear. sollecitos footprints were also found in the murder room and also a second print in the bathmat. Knox mixed DNA with meredith blood was found in the bathrm, in the breakin rm, and in two or three other places, as well as footprints matching her size in the break in room with blood. they also have no alibis and have been caught in lies from the beginning

The prosecution said IN THEORY that the knife that produced the would could have been Knox's boyfriends but when the evidence was re-looked at AGAIN, as I said the knife imprint didn't match Knox's boyfriends. This was a major part of the evidence that got her convicted and the knife doesn't even match? Again, if she did it, then FINE but there are too many things that don't addup and as a person who loves justice, I want JUSTICE and truth. Not anger.

Who's blood was on the bra strap, who's knife was it. The other thing you have to look at is were they "high" at the time. Being that they weren't in the right frame of mind. Could they still have done it, yes. If the DNA had been contaminated, that's the prosecutions fault. They needed to ask her if she was "high" at the time.

cont'd. Amanda's DNA was found in the normal places-- her own room and the bathroom that she shared with Meredith. But her DNA was not at the murder scene. If there had been a clean up, then Guede's DNA would have disappeared, too. There was one knife. And that has not yet been found. There was a bloody outline of it on the bed.

yes there is because the lab with no contamination for nearly 10 years was credible, as were the pros who exposed and measured the footprints, exposed the insanely bloodied bathroom which Knox showered in (and boyfriend's footprint), proved a break-in was staged, body tampered with, matching eyewitness statements, conflicting alibis, dna/blood mixtures, only 2 fingerprints of Knox in entire cottage (clean up), profiles of more than one knife
the 3 convicted have no credibility, nor US media.

Amanda did not see what the luminol showed up. A break in actually opened. Just weeks earlier, Guede broke into a law firm through a window four meters off the ground-- similar to Filomena's window at the cottage where Meredith was murdered.

The prosecutor will continue to work normally until his own appeal is over and in case he is convicted, the prosecution of the city of Perugia will select another prosecutor to help Manula Comodi on Amanda Knox's and Sollecito's own appeal.
Mignini's trial will have no impact whatsoever on Knox and Sollecito's appeal.
They will never be acquitted for a very simple reason: they are guilty beyond any reasonable doubt!

The prosecutor tapped phone calls without the permission of the courts. This is a far cry from falsifying evidence!
If you actually read about that case- it is a power struggle between the Florentine and Perugian officials and the prosecutor was trying to reveal the truth! Which he did when he found by tapping the phone calls that someone was covering up evidence

Also bertinotti I would strongly disagree that she is seen as a slut because of the Catholic influence in Italy. I know of many Americans who would also coin having sex with a stranger whose name you so not know on a short train ride as slutty behaviour. Now if this is a continuous pattern in your life you become a slut. Otherwise everyone is entitled to some fun. In the case of AK she has many such examples and her rape stories just top it off! I am not Catholic and I am no virgin mary!

Actually people that come on these boards are here because they want the truth to be out. Whether or not the public agrees with the jury in convicting the pair is entirely dependant on the information they have available to them. In this way the AMerican media has been evidently one sided and biased. Many who have read the legitimate government reports such as the Micheli report now understand and agree with the verdict. Regardless the opinion of the public has no bearing on the verdict.

If she takes cannibis, invites burglars into her apartment, leaves incriminating evidence at a crime scene, frames somebody, has no alibi and consistently lies for 2 years then that's all down to her.

Those who come on these boards to launch invective against Amanda, do so out of a deeply rooted mysogyny. For them, the trial is a blood sport, literally. A means for vengence. A way to arrogantly stand over the wreckage of a murder scene and launch mysogynistic attacks from the safety of their conviction that a woman has committed a crime.
