@trainwatcher17 Good question. Almost all F59PH's that have been repainted into the "Metroblank" scheme have e-bells. I don't know what the deal is, but I believe it's because the bell motor either broke or the bell cracked or something.
@ocrailfan No, they are being rebulit (Look at the top. They have no fans, they are replaced with a different engine altogether (The V12- 710 engines are gone)) that are built by Motive Power Industries. The bells arent broken, they were replaced too.

@CoasterFan2105 The crossings are also being added because of the quiet zone as well. And besides, I thought you had better things to do then say my videos are "misleading." I'm just trying to have fun like most of the railfans here in Southern California, but it's now turned into a competition thing, so just stop because no one likes it and no one cares.
Well time for the beach trespassers to start showing there faces again so they can blow the horns for them ti get off, man I absoultely hate quiet zones and probably will for life BTW Greg at 1:42 was a bee trying to get you or what was up with the turn and move? Nice catches Jordan, and yes may the blow zone rest in peace.

Nice video!! The crossings aren't quite done upgrading, the QZ won't be in effect in three days, that's really just too soon.
