how is it so far ? I'm thinking about buying it. Should I ?

Actually, I would strongly suggest you don't buy it. He's not an academic, he's a harvard MBA. And he hasn't found anything new or original. He put together a few basic comments and then goes on speaking tours. He's really a motivational speaker, and apparantly pretty good at that. But the book itself is useless, and borrows almost entirely on one already proven concept. The concept is, " when people from different areas of life work together, they produce new ideas"
