I used to live in Unalaska. The meat from fresh king crab (never frozen) is fantastic! The thick, chunky legs are sweet and tender. Try it sometime. It is out of this world!

I tasted king crab when I was in the US some time ago, and it was quite tasty. It holds nothing on the taste of the 'edible crab' (it's really called that, Google it) which we have here in Norway. Too bad the sodding king crab are exterminating all our indigenous crabs by eating everything it comes over.
