  • what about the glutes.. does this work out the glutes?

  • @whitestoneguy1989 - The quick answer is, No. This exercise only lightly uses the glutes to start the leg back down towards the ground. Because that takes such little effort, this exercise would not constitute an exercise that targets the butt.
