I was looking for a heavy duty camera kit for my F-450 plow\sander and was pleased to have chosen the Rosco STSK5665 system. All components are over built with attention to detail. I liked the heavy gauge harnessing and brackets, twist lock connectors, a cast body camera with audio, quick delivery, and a clear installation manual. Now ...

nice video, i like your website too....not many offer a lifetime warranty, nor even offer a rebate for feedback, either positive or negative.....for me that is reassurance that no other supplier offers or even comes close too :D
just been to your website, like the 50 amp pwm but i have questions, went to your contact us link but it just takes you to "about us" what is your email address at your website?
When you increased the frequency in the video, did the current decrease from 30A by any chance? Im trying to work out if its more or less efficient to run at a higher frequency. :) Im building a similar circuit to control an electric motor in an EV.
The electrode on the right is loose so we can hear the duty cycle -- OK. But doesn't that also create an electrical spark just inches from hydrogen gas?! Maybe I'm being too cautions, but I would say that's just asking for trouble.
@delvis11 have you tried any high frequencies on the generator while restricting the current?
14,000 Hz @ 800 mA @ 26 Volts, DC, then try AC, suposedly this is what Meyers had...

What about a plain old potentiometer...?
one that can withstand like 60 amps.
Then just hook it up to the cars 12 volt system...?
are you using an AC freq? or just pulsed DC?
For the heat, I can just use a heat sync & fan with a circulation pump...?

@RzBusterCB87 I haven't seen a plain pot that will handle to many amps.
This is DC pulsed.

I haven't had a heat issue with my current design. The cells run at about 180* max.
I'm not convinced a pwm is needed.
Also, one cell seems to put out more than this design does while drawing only 4.6A
I am beginning to believe electrolyte is key!
