If you use a larger softbox on each side for the lighting you'll stop the shine on your skin, also helps is taking the lights back further and compensating by turning them up. At the moment they are too sharp and focussed ask the lighting guys to move one slightly to the side rather than both straight on and turn one down slightly. Even lighting with a side parting won't match you need higher on the side with the parting and lower on the other moved round more, hope this helps :)
