I had the same frame but this bike was a murray monterey 1980 I sold

Raleigh chopper had gears like that, the amount of choppers that people in UK must have dumped years ago now they cost a bit You know i had one and never knew that about gears. I think it's great you have same hobbies / interests, did you do this sort of thing with your Dad
