it needs unlocking or hacking which is pretty easy just need ur imei code and create a cert nd we... to take off the download restrictions which is AWSOME so you can download unsigned stuff like cracked ovistore giving u unlimited apps and stuff for free. download restrictions are like you cant download stuff nokia hasnt signed saying its legal :).

yes i am familliar with helloOX its a very simple hacking tool great for beginners but it will take a few days to hack your phone using that software and you might get a little frustrated since u seem like a beginner and it also works the same way with the 5230

Its nunlock you search it on google, its nt a theme its a app he has changed that title the default is "slide to unlock"
