These billboards were placed across the US at the same time and I most certainly don't see it as a message out of care and respect for black Americans. Your statistics comment were exact and proper. I have seen that billboard, How dare them show something like that. It is infuriating . It makes black people look even more savage and confirms stereotypes and lies.
