Good work man. I saw your first video (July 11') where u say ull start working hard, and I can tell some good changes. U went from 180 to what? (didn't hear your current weight, but I guess 186?) I went from 160 (a lil fat) to 140 back to 155 (way more defined)

Saturday- Break
