in terms of religious organizations, i think its THEIR place to define marriage as they see fit, and choose whether or not they accept certain unions, but because of the separation of church and state, i also think there should be nothing stopping two men or two women from getting LEGALLY married. If the government has rules against judging based on sexual orientation in the workplace, they should also give people the right to legally marry who they want, as long as the person is old enough.
