Good job. I dont think Kevin used accessive force at all. He ignored the aggressor's vulgar remarks, and responded when assaulted. Kevin didnt kick the shit out of him, or assault the drunk any more when he got him on the ground. Kevin would have been ok to hold the guy to the ground until police arrived.
