I tried supersetting and i got better results than just singular workouts but the problem is always im on one side of the the gym and someone takes the weight im using or tries to block the machine... I know you talk about working out on a physical level, but what the social nuances like meeting working partners (which I have an issue with), machine etiquette, things of that nature im sure it will help neophytes and intermediate lifters. I hope that wasnt too much homie.
Another great video Ray, when you get a chance can u do a video on advice for hard gainers? I am a very hard gainer i am tall and skinny with very long lanky arms and its hard for me to bulk up and put on size ive tried pleny of different things, workout routines, diets, etc. what would you suggest for us hard gainers out there?? Thanks again man, by the way the "Yeah Buddi" part cracked me up haha
i love supersetting the same muscle..for instance. after i do some free weights for chest ill go over to a seated press and superset that with pec deck
