@shelton5526 I agree that it's really hard to follow. you need to pull the paper up a bit. If you check 8:13 to 8:15 closely, maybe you can see how the paper moves.
@MaksimA2001 I'd say it's intermediate to high-intermediate. The video isn't the best, though. So it may turn out to be quite a challenge. I'd recommend you give it a try, and if it's too hard right now, come back to it later.
@crazymonkeykingful I know that the quality of my early videos is ... well, not so good. Unfortunately, I don't have enough time to record remakes of instructions and post videos for new models. I'll see whether I'll find to do remakes some time in the future, but right now it's looking bad. Sorry. :(

sigo siendo admirador esperando una respuesta ya que en animales los he logrado hacer todos,y empeze hace unos meses como pasatiempo y despues me intereso
I'd say the origami community is a lot about sharing. I can imagine it's rewarding when others like your designs. It's also free promotion for his work, and I'd hope that it motivates some people to buy John Montroll's books.
Well, that depends which part of origami you like best, and which topics are most interesting to you. For example, do you like modular / tessellations / folds from one sheet? Do you prefer animals, boxes, flowers, abstracts, etc? This really decides which books you would probably enjoy most. Also, as to complexity, an example of the hardest model you've folded thus war would help.
I'm mainly interested in animals, but not simple ones. Animals like a complex dragon or dinosaurs such as the stegosaurus that can provide a challenge. I'm also okay with folding flowers and such. Since it's the summer, i don't really have anything to do so im looking for something to keep me busy. The hardest model that I have folded would have to be the stegosaurus, because I haven't really done much folding, but the stegosaurus wasn't as hard as I thought it would be.
While it's not too hard to fold this model from a 15cm square, for your first try you should probably use bigger paper. I'd recommend to use a 20cm square or bigger. The first time I folded it, I used a 30cm square (cut from A3).

YOU MOVE YOUR HANDS ToO FAST--YOU ROTATE THE PAPER BEFORE I can even see where you're starting from--it's pretty hard to see what you are doing.
