In real life, Jennie Garth is 12 years older than the actor that plays Ryan (she's 36 and he's 24). Kelly Taylor is probably 35-36 maybe.

They will always tinker with a characters age. Jenny Garth is 36 (almost 37) and Kelly Taylor should be either 35 or 36. But since she mentioned that Ryan was 23 in a different episode, she's probably 33.

Actually Kelly was suppose to be 16 in season 1, and in season 7 or season 8in 1997 she was 21 or 22 as they stated many times, so when the show ended she if they would have counted it right have been 26, but she was after that count 24-25, when she was suppose to be 26, and they change age pretty often in many shows and storylines, so it is not impossible for Kelly to be 33 now as she is 10 years older the Ryan.

I think Brenda found out that her Father Jim was a witch as he was a Halleywell once removed. Brenda found out by accident that Prue was her second cousin who looked like her while on audtion in the Bay area and she fought against using her gift. But Jim helped her to control it . Brenda was a telepath with psychic domnination power just like Jim and she later helped Brandon to control his teleportation ability to help others in the world. Wonder twin powers activate.

Although for clarification, Charmed was set in San Francisco while 90210's in LA. It's just plain coincidence that two of Shannen's popular shows were set in the same state :D
