I have no issue with Lady Gaga using Catholic Mythology in her music. They're just fictitious stories made up so children can grow up with a sense of morality set by someone else's standards. I see no difference between the Bible and and The Brother's Grimm book of fairy tales.

Ok so "Judas" = the man in her life that betrays her. A clever attempt to use metaphors to carry the whole Judas vs Jesus theme, but a fail. Judas did not betray Jesus 3 times....only once. she is not a satanist people she just uses biblical terms to symbolise a story of her in a relationship in which she constantly gets betrayed yet she still loves him no matter what. "kiss me if offenced or wear an ear condom next time" judas kissed jesus in betrayal when he got arrested, gaga is just saying that she will either get betrayed again or he will just ignore her. quite a sad song really if u think about it

It's more about recognizing that within each of us is a natural attraction to darkness, or even evil. She knows she shouldn't love Judas (she's "just a holy fool") but she still does.
