@easystemz its almost never a video card problem with these emulators.. if you got a video card that has at least 128 mb/s your set.. the cpu however needs to be buffed up
Back in 2007 Dolphin emulator didn't do that much you need the lastest version of dolphin and even then not all games are fully working. And I am not sure if they are at the point of running the game full speed yet. I haven't tested it in a while so I am not sure.

my coputer has this same problem and the same version of the dolphin, just click emulation "use dynarec" and "tick modifier 2". the speed will increase
Alright download the latest SVN build of dolphin (google it) and this version is super fast - games run A LOT faster. The only this is that your computer needs to have SSE2 support so google that and make sure you have it, If you don't, then you're stuck with dolphin 1.02 or whatever you're using

You must have an old Intel machine (at the time the video was made?) trust me you need a FAST computer to run this game. on my 9750 Quad core and an old 8400 gs nvidia most levels play full speed except a few levels slow down quite a bit
Dolphin? Well, dolphin requiere a good Graphic cards and i mean A GOOD ONE, they said that they would need to make the entire GC hardware to software. first of all check to make sure you dont have your comp letting windows decide whats best for you...go to Conpan & click system then advanced select the performance tab settings then change it to (set for program performance).Vista is to demanding on systems.

ok...well if ur running vista try getting more RAM (or memory). u need a BARE MINIMUM of 1gb to run vista.
But if u realy want better fps (frams per second) get a new video card. the video card is what will get higher fps. unfornutly they are expensive. but look into the NVIDIA geforce 9800 series. BEST CARDS EVER! but are pricy. But for more price affordable, try a 512mb or 256mb NVIDEO geforce 8800. btw this will run any oher of your games fine. even crysis.

Could anybody help me? I downloaded a windwaker ISO using torrents I found on the pirate bay, and when I try to extract it using winrar, it says "archive is either in an Unknown format, or damaged". yup hes right its your PC man, depending on your computers Ghz(how fast it goes) depends on either if the games will work, like any game it requires a certain amount of ghz like CALL OF DUTY 4 requires around 2.4 ghz or more i think, thats why if you dont have that amount it will go slow
Even N64 emulaton hasn't been perfected. Some games come out with terrable framerate like gamecube emulaton. We just perfected SNES emulaton. It will be a few years before we perfect GameCube emulaton.

my computer is an amd phenom quad, 4 gb ram 800 ddr2, pci express2.0 512 ddr3, 1700 mhz, win ultimate i got 5.7 on windows vista 64x, and this emulator is slow as hell, i thing is not programed properly they need to work more on it, so 4 now lets play on the game cube and lets wait for more versions of this crapy shit
the gamecube is still relatively new to the emulation scene. its difficult to emulate a whole new system on another system. one system has a completely different set of hardware and game developers create games with the gc hardware in mind, not your whiny-ass's computer's hardware. if you got a problem with it, Dolwin is open source, go program it yourself

just get a game cube, i know this dosent sound very useful, but game cubes are as cheap as hell now, you'll get more out of it than by using an emulator

It's one of two things.
A: Dolphin's interperator or compiler is bogged down.
B: You're processes are interfering with RAM access.
C: You're CPU/GPU isn't powerful enough to render or process PPC ICA.
In any case, you can find a solution to the second one, the other two I doubt.

and record using pinnacle studio or winavi video capture software
im a big fan of emulators and i choose to not use a gamecube emulator because i too have a slow computer
before i got the black dazzle i did try the dolphin emulator and it was slow too

how do you even get super smash bros. to run on dolphin? every time AI run the ISO or the GCN file, the whole thing crashes on me. btw, my comptuer runs crysis lag free so there isno problem with my hardware.

ok...well if ur running vista try getting more RAM (or memory). u need a BARE MINIMUM of 1gb to run vista.
But if u realy want better fps (frams per second) get a new video card. the video card is what will get higher fps. unfornutly they are expensive. but look into the NVIDIA geforce 9800 series. BEST CARDS EVER! but are pricy. But for more price affordable, try a 512mb or 256mb NVIDEO geforce 8800. btw this will run any oher of your games fine. even crysis.

I actually found out pretty recently that you can get the nVidia GeForce 9600 GT for about 150 bucks, and it's about the same for series 8.

you can run it at full speed, even if you have windows vista or XP 32 bit edition. just check out my tutorial. it works :)

Could anybody help me? I downloaded a windwaker ISO using torrents I found on the pirate bay, and when I try to extract it using winrar, it says "archive is either in an Unknown format, or damaged". Now there are comments on the torrent, and one is from only a few months ago sayaing it works fine. Could anybody help me make it work? Btw do you need a GC controller for the pc to play games, or could you use mouse and keyboard.

i aint a mental pc geek but im sure most emu's run from ram, if u have like 3ghz of processor speed but have 256 mb of ram then ure screwed, just keep putting ram in the pc till it works i guess

yup hes right its your PC man, depending on your computers Ghz(how fast it goes) depends on either if the games will work, like any game it requires a certain amount of ghz like CALL OF DUTY 4 requires around 2.4 ghz or more i think, thats why if you dont have that amount it will go slow

Even N64 emulaton hasn't been perfected. Some games come out with terrable framerate like gamecube emulaton. We just perfected SNES emulaton. It will be a few years before we perfect GameCube emulaton.

my computer is an amd phenom quad, 4 gb ram 800 ddr2, pci express2.0 512 ddr3, 1700 mhz, win ultimate i got 5.7 on windows vista 64x, and this emulator is slow as hell, i thing is not programed properly they need to work more on it, so 4 now lets play on the game cube and lets wait for more versions of this crapy shit

the gamecube is still relatively new to the emulation scene. its difficult to emulate a whole new system on another system. one system has a completely different set of hardware and game developers create games with the gc hardware in mind, not your whiny-ass's computer's hardware. if you got a problem with it, Dolwin is open source, go program it yourself
