I couldn't agree with you more. I've had mine for about 6 months and now it won't let me open any apps without crashing them.I've already had Verizon do a hard reset on it and it is till crap.

HELLO you crash my fone with your update n i lost jus about every thing on there. n you mean to tell me you cant give me a new fone bc of a lil screen crack??? dont think ima renew my verizon contract..... :/
@MrLOKILLO15 I suggest you look at comparisons between the droid and newer android devices. The droid definitely has its issues so I can't wholeheartedly recommend. I've hacked/overclocked my droid and its amazing but other than that I dunno...

You need to send your phone back immediately before the 30 day thingy is up. The phones aren't supposed to do this at all, it's a fault with the first batch of phones (as usual). If they give you a hard time, make a video of it so that they don't think you're just bullshitting. Good luck.
damn i was planning to get one.. I have the LG EnV3 and when im texting it turns off, it freezes... It pisses me off.. I called Verizon, and they did shit! I called LG.. well they sent me a new one, of course i sent mine back to them.. But it keeps doing the same thing :( If I call them again, will they send me the same phone style again? Because most of the people i know.. have that problem with their EnV3's..

I literally took the phone back to Verizon while the crashing loop was happening, they couldnt argue anything because they know it isn't supposed to work like that. Ill tell you this though, once you get a perfect one this phone is pretty awesome. Hasn't crashed on me ever...flawless so far. Good luck with your return.

Yeah pretty much. I've read about it on the Droid forums and there's quite a few people that have this issue. They usually have been fine after getting a different one, although some of them had to go through two returns...let's just hope that isn't the case with me.
Just take the battery out and put it back it in!!!
