That's not actually possible...that would mean every white child no matter rich or poor had their own personal negro. Now this would mean that today that there should be just as many Black people in the US as White people...But in actuality White people were always fearful of a Slave rebellion...Too many Slaves, they would band together to be free...(we still rebelled) see no one likes being a slave.
