  • this looks like a good workout..i personally hate squating the traditional way ill do it but it just doesnt feel rite for me...id rather perfer this if i ever hit up a gym honestly looks way safer and stable

  • I think if he just reversed himself (with his back to the machine) while doing that it would seem more safe. Maybe his form would be better that way.

  • His lower back rounds nearing the end of the downward motion. This is not good form. The lower back should maintain a natural curve.

  • lol....dude it's hard at that weight and speed to be perfect! I don't think i could do more than 3 at that speed.

  • Yes, it's hard... but when his back rounds like that it means it's just a little too hard.

    He's going to destroy his spine if he keeps that up...
