Um, that's an interesting topic. It's ot to be less than 125-130 or so at cruise power to qualify for LSA. Technically it does, but I've seen 135-140 mph at sea level at a bit more than cruise power, and I regularly see 170 mph cruise at 5K+ altitude. Awesome.

nope - that's the MAX. it's really spec'd for the 80hp VW conversion, so the 120hp is awesomely powered for messing around and high performance...
