Flew all the aerial shots for series one and two, great fun. Notice there are no aerial shots in the third series as we had to cancel because of weather. Must of been a tight schedule or budget as we didn't have a second attempt.

I think I've watched too many of these now. The line, "It's either sexual frustration or you're constipated," took a moment to sink in. But when it did, I was in fits! I love Auriel/Oriole/Oriel/however you spell it!

I'm certainly not. What he put everyone through! Especially his brother and sister. Tch! And poor Lyle was feeling awkward enough about his relationship with Honor, who Simon clearly doesn't care much about. I agree with Oriole.

PS...Clearly I'm a bit more invested in this show than I planned on being...

My only complaint is that Fry seems to be playing himself, as noted by at least one snivelling critic. Not that that's an enirely undesirable situation :)

A few of Fry's roles have recieved that same unimaginative argument, though it doesn't seem to be real criticism about his acting as such. I sort of think it's just due to his own rather large public persona and people's expectations and ideas of what he's 'really' like. And there's also the very real fact that he knowingly gets himself into roles that appear to say something to him and therefor often end up 'resembling' or relating to his public image.But what do we care - we just adore him.:)

I noticed that also, Peter Kingdom IS Stephen Fry.... but then again, I love Stephen Fry.... and he has a glorious character.... so I don't mind in the slightest! :)

I was surprised that Carolyn Pickles wasn't mentioned in the opening credits. She's an established actress and had a big part in this episode.

I just finished watching the first episode of season 2 and was lucky enough to notice you'd uploaded the second episode. Thank you very much! It's great being able to watch Stephen Fry's latest shows, because here in America we get NOTHING.
