the mistake the defenseman made was sweeping his stick to the right. As soon as Toews saw this he had a clear lane to the net. At :26 he makes that lightning quick move to the pull the puck in front of himself and then just makes the rest look really easy. Fantastic goal by a fantastic hockey player!

Ok I'm not gonna deny that this was a great goal, and that was a sick move, and Johnny toews is a fucking beast, but I do have one problem with this. If you notice inthe video, once toews is around the first defender and he's in the middle of 3, he has a clear cut path to the net. Instead of making a move he could have just turned and headed straight up the middle. But he did a awesome move(if slightly pointless)
