He did experiment with steroids in the 80's for the Rocky IV movie. You could clearly see it and he hasn't kept it a secret. But nowadays looking at his physique he doesn't use steroids anymore nor does he use HGH.

He's probably a bit of an ectomorph (tall and thin). My boyfriend has a similar build and if he goes without weight training for just a few days, it makes an enormous difference. His body just wants to be leaner. He also does the same kind of martial arts.

This is probably more of a natural look for the guy. I mean, he had to weight train and box for hours a day to achieve and maintain that former look.

Stallone looks like crap though probably because of botched plastic surgery, I think Stallone's physique is better and there's a huge age gap between both of them, something like 10-11 years. HGH is actually very beneficial for men in older age. I just think Dolph's physique could be more muscular/ripped if he really busted ass in the gym. Stallone is more muscular now than ever, Dolph has lost the physique he once had, even though he still looks good.
