What this device does is enhance audio fidelity.

I suspect that simple EQ (adding treble and bass) would also be "just wonderful".

Nobody sets up these BBE demos such that the A and B signals are compensated to have the same frequency response.

If you patch in the effect, and the treble goes up, it's impossible to properly hear what the phase manipulations are doing (the real meat of the effect, supposedly).

Im a mobile DJ here in texas..and ive got a buddy or 2 who uses the bbe for thier rigs. Before i never really knew why the music sounded so clear BUT now i do. lol..BTW: i thought i was in church man...definetly got a nice gospel feel to your piano playing :)

there was not much of a difference in the piano's sound. However it did create a significant change in the voice over. that Motif sound doesn't get any better. you can only affect it.

The plugin can't be used for live performace, only for small home studios. However the other maximizers can, and they are going to run you 100$ - 275$.
