This has to be the best theme of all the Left 4 Dead Themes. The sadness of the Violen, Viola, and Cello intermix with each other and create a depressing and yet confident tune. When the entire orchestra plays, it's like saying "Grab up. We're not far from the end." It's an amazing piece of music. Praise God for Valve...and praise Chuck Norris

Now the Chorus work on that was brilliant. What killed it for me was the end of it when it sounded like Left 4 Dead 2. It went from being Sad to Country in a snap.  If they did something sad like they did with the first Left 4 Dead, then it'd be perfect

I had an entire conversation with someone else on this. The Sacrifice would be sadder but then it has the Country Left 4 Dead 2 Ending, which takes some of the element away.

Sorry, but this wins because of overall sadness everywhere, not the first half like Sacrifice (though it is a close second just for that half)

L4D2 is rushed, not as polished as L4D1. Look at L4D2 beta when it was using L4D1 FoV and other stuff, those little things combined together that make L4D1 great.
