yoo, do you have to use the disc that came with the pvr? because my laptop doesnt have a disc tray because its a dell insprion mini, comment back thanks
@variantGameplay As you will be running Windows on your laptop I would use the HD PVR cd, as it is very good. As you do not have a disc tray I would recommend to you to get an external disc drive. Hope this helps. If so help me out and subscribe :)
@tilimceni1 Hi To make it possible its called a "QCV SCART to Component Video" A link to a picture of one is in the description. You will need this as you do not have the blue,green and other red slots in the back of your Pal TV compared to a HDTV that does.
