Men know what the laws are, men know they put themselves (to an extent) at the mercy of women when they have intercourse because of them. If the mother is not a minor, obviously charges should be brought for statutory rape and no, if you can't sign a legal contract at 15, I can understand the argument that you shouldn't be held responsible for fatherhood...perhaps underage girls who get pregnant should be forced to either abort or give their children up for adoption unless there is an adult (relative or friend) willing to take responsibility until the mother is of age.

Men sometimes do create toxic work environments. Going to a strip club as a work event? Not acceptable. Paintballing? Just because not everyone likes it doesn't make it toxic.

I have worked in several positions where I was the only man on the team. Such environments are quite unpleasant, I assure you. If I had a choice, I would be willing to take a 25% pay cut to work in an all male environment. The reduced drama & stress and increased efficiency are worth it for workplace quality of life.

No matter how much time I put in, it was clear that my male counterparts (who were often sloppy performers) were catered to and mentored, while I was treated as though my career was secondary to my spouse's and "did not really matter that much".
