That's the EMS KS, a combination membrane-type (I think) keyboard and an early digital step sequencer. I believe this is the setup that Pink Floyd used for tracks like "On The Run" (the synth portion of the AKS is basically identical to the VCS3). Those merry blokes at EMS were at least a decade ahead of their time in certain respects.
