Found a better way. Use the Cyclone of Chaos in the air near the electric balls and make sure your have the Thera's Bane one (where it glows red), It will knock the Geyrons down. Keep repeating and the will go down one by one. It's how I got past this very hard battle
@theseus27 dude its ''almost'' easy to see when they'll atack, for example , when it'll teleport it will kinda crunch , stand up , and teleport and atack ( evade when they r goin to throw the fuckin ball on u) , and when they're gonna atack u with a ''eletrick hand'' u can see its arm gettin back b4 atacking you . and the last atack they have...jz don stay close for much time then it wont use the ''eletrick barrier'' .... sorry 4 my english . but im jz tryin to help you =]

Thanks to shinobier I just followed the way he did it, and I'm so happy now that I've beaten Thanatos.
Trying it on Hard mode now,and it's amazingly easier for me now.
@theseus27 it jz pisses me off... i die in the first grab of the gorgon D= im playin god mode with no upgrade... and the witches? jz don let me hit the gorgon... but yea , perseverance xDD ( BTW im goin to watch shinobier killin the fuckin witches =] )
@YuichImoto666 Aah, well I have to own up and admit that I didn't play it with no upgrade.
I think it's insanely impossible for me to complete it with no upgrade at all.Trying to beat this game using this method is for hardcore players only I think.Which is why I'm not as brilliant as shinobier.
I upgraded as much as I possibly could.Sorry!
I'm glad I've beaten the game though. You don't get any bonus from beating the game with no upgrade.Just pride I guess! :)
@theseus27 i've beaten the game on hero , spartan , god , then im playin god with no upgrade u know? jz to beat 100% of the game ..=] and ive got all the relic too ... and i desagree u.... its so fuckin hard but not impossible for anyone xD hahaha im goin crazy if i dont finish this soon ! and one question.. r goin to beat in god w/out upgrade ? jz 2 know =D

Since you don't get anything in return for trying it this way,I'm sorry,but I'm not even going to attempt to try it. Maybe I will give it a go one day.But, I doubt whether I will get very far w/out upgrade.I'm not as good as shinobier! =)
@YuichImoto666 At the moment I've decided to play on Chains of Olympus PSP game,without upgrading to weapons,energy or magic.It's a tough challenge, but I'm getting there slowly!! :)

@YuichImoto666 Sorry for the slow response as my PC went down with a virus.It wasn't nice I can tell you.But, it's now fixed,and I'm happy again. To be honest with you, I have just managed to beat Chains of Olympus with no upgrades at all of any kind, not even on the blades!! But so far I can only manage it on Hard mode, not Very Hard!
Maybe I could try it on God Mode with just upgrading the blades only like you have! I agree that the section where he's seeking Calliope is hard!

@YuichImoto666 Aaargh! Yes, i hate those bitchin keres wraiths too mate. I reckon they are Kratos's worst nightmare!! You have to be a top notch player to beat them,and I really hate them with passion.
I can beat the rest of the enemies no problem with no upgrades.
As for Monster Hunter though, I haven't got that game.It does look pretty neat I must admit by the videos I've seen of it on YouTube.I might get this game one day.Playing Medievil Resurrection on the PSP at the moment.

I'm truly amazed how you managed to defeat them all without upgrading!!
I have problems defeating them with my weapons maxed out!!
You make it look so easy. You didn't get hit once!!!! O_O

I STILL cannot get past this impossible fight!!! :(
I tend to use the Blades maxed out myself,with maxed Thera's bane.
I think that they are stronger, even though I have Arms of Sparta maxed out too.
How you manage to evade their attacks I will never know.You must have lightning reflexes!! Geeez :(
