for newbies, using a toothpick is not the best thing to use because the dots may not come out neat

I bought the JulieG nail polish a few weeks ago and I think I might have gotten a bad bottle or something:/

The 1st coat went on really streaky and the second coat didn't really fix the way it looked:( I ended up stamping a full nail design over it to try and hide the streakiness that was happening...
