  • It's week 20, and at week 11 he was at 272 or something like that, that means in 9 weeks he has been losing 15 lbs? That is not really entertaining for the people i must say!

  • Well if he keeps making excuses for everything he will end up losing 2.5 lbs every week which is pretty silly, and sometimes he even gain it again. Stay strong pete or else i think you'll lose a lot of followers since you're going really slow, it's like watching a porn movie where they never get to cum lol..

  • what are you talking about? you were 258 two weeks ago, and now you say you broke a plateau just because you're 257? sorry but losing 1 pound over the course of 2 weeks isnt breaking a plateau. if you had lost 10lbs in a week like you should be doing then that would be something.

    cant wait until next week when you're back up to 260 again. and by the way im not trying to be an asshole, i want you to lose weight, but i have to be harsh to motivate you to prove me wrong.

I have to be in order to motivate this guy. people are being too nice and sugar coating everything and look at him, hes lost like 3 lbs in 5 weeks. thats not going to cut it, if you guys actually care then tell him the truth, dont just pretend to be nice, thats the only way hes going to start really losing weight.

  • @ihmen well its fine for him. you arent his trainer. you dont get to decide what "can cut it" or not.he losing weight at a slow pace. its healthier that way. and we arent faking being nice. we are nice. so you cant come in here and try to control things. beat it.

  • @koolmonkey345 hes losing weight at an extremely slow pace. hes lost 3 lbs over the last 5 weeks, on average thats about half a pound a week. so in order for him to get to his goal at this rate it would take him almost 3 years. its healthy for someone his size to lose about 10lbs a week if he does it through exercise and eating right.

    so you can go ahead and baby him and tell him hes doing such an amazing job, but i want to see him succeed so i have to tell him the truth even if its mean.

  • @ihmen you need to chill. hes not on the biggest loser. hes not exercising too much and hes not eating healthy all the way yet. hes doing it at a slow pace. like i said before ITS HEALTHEIR THAT WAY. i guarentee you if you were to lose weight that fast, you would gain it all back faster.

  • @koolmonkey345 as long as hes using more calories a day than he takes it, it is impossible not to lose weight, so hes obviously doing it wrong if hes losing .6 pounds a week.

    do you even know what a calorie is? seriously answer that without looking it up.

  • @ihmen what the fuck are you, my health teacher? I think its a unit of energy, or heat, or something like that.

  • @koolmonkey345 close, its a unit to measure how much energy you get from the food you eat. when you have a calorie surplus your body stores it as fat, when you have a calorie deficit your body goes into its fat reserves.

    but the reason i bring this up is because I dont think someone who doesnt even know what a calorie is should be trying to argue about weight loss.

    actually you guys are both right... there are two types of calories, food calories and regular calories. Regular calories are a small unit of measurement for heat. Food calories are actually kilocalories, or 1000 calories worth of heat energy.

  • @koolmonkey345 well i took your advice and stopped being so harsh with him and now look, hes back up to 260. he isnt making any progress at all because people like you are treating him like a baby.

  • Hey, I started to follow this video seriers at week 2. You've definitely improved a lot. Keep reminding yourself, it truly is all the motivation you need.
