not bad at all. only advise i can offer in this short space is to work on your feet. tai chi is all footwork.you can even practis the form without using your arms, it's the shoulders and body that provide the movement.
Really. You didn't do bad. However, you need to smooth out the edges and not be so jerky. Practice, obviously, makes perfect and as time goes on, you'll not only play a clean form, but you'll feel the benefit.
A lot of the postures are very robotic, get it to flow and float dude
