I met Susan about 17 years ago. She was going out with a friend of mine. She even came to my brothers wedding. She was very sweet and down to earth. I gave her a little sculpture I had made that she liked. Wonder if she still has it. Anyway, that was one of my brushes with greatness.
It did come off as a bit rude, but if you've listened to the show, that's how he always sounds. Who would've figured with the state of the world today, how many people would care, let alone get ticked over all of this! She tried to start talking about Chris Fonseca and why they were there, several times, and the DJ guy kept bringing the subject back to Brady questions that she's already answered a thousand times. She was plenty focused and got derailed by the host every time she tried to mention anything else, and the DJ didn't get her humor at all, is part of why he was saying she seemed unfocused. I do believe you that the DJ probably always does sound like he sounds in these videos.
The "Elvis Told Me to Do That" joke she made was funny. The DJ was rude to Ms. Olsen & her son, and didn't seem to know who the famous comedian Chris Fonseca is, and Mr. Fonseca is FROM Colorado, which is where this radio show took place. What a goober station to not edit out the last part, and then to make two other dumb videos about the lady having a hangover. She was honest about it. Hangovers like that happen when people don't drink very often, give her a break.

I completely agree with Susan Olsen on her comments. After watching this and the follow-up video it's pretty clear who the scumbags are. The DJ blatantly barrages her with questions when she is obviously not feeling well. Completely unprofessional.

Susan's quote continued(2): Actually it is at my son's expense. I have an ex-husband who is an equally opportunistic creep and he is trying to make trouble in a custody case over it. I WAS NOT DRUNK! You can see that the interview was going fine. There are missing minutes as I know we took calls during commercial breaks. I think I was on the air for at least 20 minutes. Then they said I passed out in their lobby and wouldn't leave. Why? Because they're such fun people?

Here's a quote from Susan herself regarding this video: An interview that is supposed to have run only two minutes before I asked to excuse myself because I had a migraine but said it was my partner's fault for taking me to a bar the night before (we were performing together in a Comedy Club to raise money for an autism charity. We were at the station to promote the shows). I suppose that is the biggest rumor now: that I showed up at this station drunk and puked after two minutes.

This D.J. needs to get a grip! While Susan was behind the mic, he acts cool and friendly, then after she leaves the room, he talks all kinds of shit!! He's lucky that she even showed up for the interview!!! She's NOT the first person to have a bad hangover!! Her son is only 12 years old, and has Asperger syndrome, its not too out of the ordinary for a 12 year old to act a little silly!!! At least Susan isn't acting like Britney Spears and putting her kid in an unsafe situation.

This is all a bunch of lies. Susan wasn't drunk at all. She was on the air for 20 minutes, not 2, and she left because she had a migraine, which made her had to puke. She was at a bar the night before, but she was doing a comedy act to help raise money for a charity fund or something. She had actually asked to leave during a commercial, but the DJ wouldn't let her.

Mario, you're mistaken. Susan has said in an interview that she had been drinking the night before this interview and that she was hungover. She also stated she is not a regular drinker and thats why the wine she had hit her so hard. It's all good. But this is NOT a lie....she owned it herself. Hangover side effects, plain and simple.

I said she wasn't drunk, I never said she didn't drink. She has said in lots of other places that she wasn't drunk at all. Plus, she also said on her MySpace that she was getting a migraine, and that these DJ's DID lie. I met Susan about 17 years ago. She was going out with a friend of mine. She even came to my brothers wedding. She was very sweet and down to earth. I gave her a little sculpture I had made that she liked. Wonder if she still has it. Anyway, that was one of my brushes with greatness.

It did come off as a bit rude, but if you've listened to the show, that's how he always sounds. Who would've figured with the state of the world today, how many people would care, let alone get ticked over all of this! As for Momotaro15, Olsen was NOT in Colorado Springs for anything other than a stand up show and you do realize that Imus is back on AND made $20 million after he was fired. I heard the actual interview, she never mentioned anything about being in town to support autism programs.

She tried to start talking about Chris Fonseca and why they were there, several times, and the DJ guy kept bringing the subject back to Brady questions that she's already answered a thousand times. She was plenty focused and got derailed by the host every time she tried to mention anything else, and the DJ didn't get her humor at all, is part of why he was saying she seemed unfocused. I do believe you that the DJ probably always does sound like he sounds in these videos.

The "Elvis Told Me to Do That" joke she made was funny. The DJ was rude to Ms. Olsen & her son, and didn't seem to know who the famous comedian Chris Fonseca is, and Mr. Fonseca is FROM Colorado, which is where this radio show took place. What a goober station to not edit out the last part, and then to make two other dumb videos about the lady having a hangover. She was honest about it. Hangovers like that happen when people don't drink very often, give her a break.

I think the DJ was doing his job and is great.I listen to him everyday. Susan knew she was going to be interviewed early and should have had enough professional ethics to stay sober so she could speak for the cause that brought her here.I would be embarrased if she was promoting anything I was involved in and presented herself that way.She needs to accept the responsibility for her behaviors instead of blaming and apoligize for her lack of professionalism.Way to go Darren and Coba!

Strange how Headline News airs this story, but the District attorney of ElPaso county/Colorado Springs drinks 130 oz of Beer, while on the job, drives county car home, all caught on video, and that story never made natuional news, and the Governor refused to investigate it. But remember people, the HEAT IS ON this weekend so if you are lucky, you can go to the bar with DA John Neusome, I doubt he will be getting pulled over.
