  • @915olivares1 of course, it helps to burn fats. Jogging/walking is always the best

  • @915olivares1 I read in Prevention that speed walking is the best for getting rid of excess, unhealthy fats all over the body and around the belly. Running is for more intense training (maybe a couple of times a week instead of every day?)

  • @MutenKami Well i think speedwalking for long term and running for short term. I usually combine 2 running and speedwalk style to improve my stamina.

  • Yea haha, I totally agree.

    I usually speed/power walk about 3-4 miles. I find that speedwalking, as opposed to jogging, provides a much more uniform workout and doesn't tire me as quickly, allowing me to go further. When I am running or jogging, I tend to get tired after about 1-2 miles.

    Speedwalking for 3-4 miles is better for you (provided you do it right) then running for 2.

  • sorry coach, but i cant see your hip action. racewalking requires hip movements. that is why racewalking can give a flat stomach much faster, much faster than running. I would venture to say that a racewalker can get rid of love handles and a belly in a quarter of the time running would. race walk to have the perfect stomach faster. its also great for your joints and cardiovascular system.
