I usually speed/power walk about 3-4 miles. I find that speedwalking, as opposed to jogging, provides a much more uniform workout and doesn't tire me as quickly, allowing me to go further. When I am running or jogging, I tend to get tired after about 1-2 miles.
Speedwalking for 3-4 miles is better for you (provided you do it right) then running for 2.
sorry coach, but i cant see your hip action. racewalking requires hip movements. that is why racewalking can give a flat stomach much faster, much faster than running. I would venture to say that a racewalker can get rid of love handles and a belly in a quarter of the time running would. race walk to have the perfect stomach faster. its also great for your joints and cardiovascular system.

@MutenKami Well i think speedwalking for long term and running for short term. I usually combine 2 running and speedwalk style to improve my stamina.
