After reading his autobiography I can only look at his performances with GREAT admiration. I'm looking forward to hearing more news about his upcoming new album, I'm sure he still has some important things to do in music...because now days music needs desperately and seriously an Adam Ant to show world that music IS art! I enjoyed Adam's little jump skyward with his legs spread near the beginning of the song around (3:45). This man was obviously very athletic when he was young. He was on a bad knee, too, if I remember correctly from his autobiography. Couldn't tell; he hid it well.
the rock a billy influece in their work has become so fashionable again. pop was so fickle even back then, at the time of this performance they were considered 'has beens' cruel but true. i think the re performace is excellent so much better than the more popular acts of '85 on live i.e howard bloody jones.... yawn

i was a big fan years ago & i am in the middle of reading his autobiography & he says he was really upset not being asked to sing on the live aid single,understandable considering he was one of the biggest acts of the early 80's. personally i think he could have picked a better song to do at live aid.

adam ant was created after or during the sex pistols,they all are telented you figure it costted 5000$ to cut nevermind the bulloks...they especially the ants.....are the greatest band....the era was decadent and stunningly,crazy,i myself did not live the punk era im more goth but i started listening to the pistols,also heaven 17 etc..god i love that era,,,peace and flowers traded for pins and black lipstick...

i was a big fan years ago & i am in the middle of reading his autobiography & he says he was really upset not being asked to sing on the live aid single,understandable considering he was one of the biggest acts of the early 80's. personally i think he could have picked a better song to do at live aid.
