I am the one that Sharron Brown's staffer is giving a response to my statement about the Socialists Bills. I stated that the federal government does not have the authority under the Constitution the highest law of the land or the consent of the people to impose these Socialist bills and bailouts.

They are all based on lies and deceit, are there for criminal frauds. The results of these Socialist actions are that the poor are getting poorer, I have poor customers that are getting poorer and suffering, the middle class are losing their jobs and business, becoming poor and the rich gangster banksters are getting richer with record profits and bonuses. They are living high on the hog at our expense, while we the people suffer.

They are getting the bailout money and trying to impose that debt on us. It's like they are in effect taking out credit cards in our name and children's, spending the money, leaving us with the debt. That is theft. We did not authorize these debts, we have objected, and continue to object, reject these debts, we did not benefit from them, you do not have the authority to impose them.

The gangster banksters and gangster government have imposed them and are the ones benefiting from them, so it is their private debt not our public debt. This is the kind of criminal fraud that they imposed on the people of Argentina, that used to be the most prosperous country in South America, but how has desperation and despair because of these Fascist Criminal Frauds.

The Socialist Frauds have bankrupted the country with the insane spending, that's why when Tim Geithner went to China to beg them to buy more Treasury Bonds to fund the government deficit spending beyond our means, they just laughed at him. The Chinese people know this does not work and is insane. The government

Socialist spending did not work for Japan for the last 19 years or during the Great Depression of the 1930s for 10 years, they did not lower the unemployment rates because instead of correcting the fundamentals for the economy they undermine the fundamentals further, perpetuate failure and frauds, cause the misallocation of funds and are misallocation of funds. The Communists have given up on Communism as an economic system because it does not work, it is in conflict with human nature.

Without the profit motivation people make excuses instead of working effectively, innovating and inventing their way to prosperity. They have free markets, capitalism and economic Liberty, "Liberty" in China and these Socialist Communist Bills and actions are about stealing them from us. Losing 500,000 jobs a month is not a recovery. These are not the exact words, but are close.

The Socialist government is acting as a 3rd world dictatorship by violating the Constitution, usurping Rule of Law in violating the contractual rights of the bond holders in the GM bankruptcy, usurping the property rights of the car dealerships, nationalizing in effect GM, Banks, Insurance Co, Brokerage Co, Mortgage Co, and more. Now they are trying to nationalize the Health Care Co. These are the acts of Communist and 3rd world dictators.

At the beginning of this video the staffer responding said, regarding the Constitutionality, [were not Dictators, en-auditable]. Then you hear my response. I said they are acting as Dictators, etc. Then the staffer attacks FOX news, en-auditable. The Socialist staffer, following the Book "Rules For Radicals" instead of debating the issues, Attack their opposition, because they can not defend their criminal frauds.

My response was, that their Czar Anita Dunn that attacked FOX news, said that one of her favorite philosophers is Mao Tse Tung, who in the Communist Revolution in China was responsible for the deaths of 60 to 70 million people. Folks Sherrod doesn't care one bit that you feel threatened by his agenda. He has no problem requiring you to purchase a product (health care insurance) he deems important regardless of what you think. He doesnt have any problem fining or imprisoning you if you disagree.
